Find your rhythm in three steps

  1. Choose a familiar reminder interval or set your own from 1–180 minutes, then choose a 3, 5 or 10-minute break.
  2. Choose an automatic break or a reminder only. Turn sounds and macOS notifications on or off as you prefer.
  3. Preview a scene without interrupting your timer. When a break begins, follow the countdown, add five more minutes, or end early when you are ready.

Can I set my own break schedule?

Yes. Choose a reminder every 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes, or set a custom interval from 1–180 minutes. Choose a 3, 5 or 10-minute break and follow the live countdown.

Will it interrupt me automatically?
